Dr. Milan Tuba

Milan Tuba (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics, and the M.S., M.Ph., and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of Belgrade and New York University. He is currently the Vice Rector of International Relations, Singidunum University, Belgrade, and the Head of the Department of Mathematical Sciences, State University of Novi Pazar. From 1983 to 1994, he was with Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA, and the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University, and later as an Assistant Professor of electrical engineering with the Cooper Union School of Engineering, New York. His research interests include heuristic optimizations applied to computer networks, image processing, and combinatorial problems. He is the author or coauthor of more than 150 scientific articles and coeditor or a member of the editorial board or scientific committee of number of scientific journals and conferences. He is a member of the ACM, AMS, SIAM, and IFNA.

Dr. Ahmed Elngar

Dr. Ahmed Elngar is the Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG). Dr. AE is a Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University. Dr. AE has more than 150 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over 35 books covering such diverse topics as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and smart environment. Dr. AE is a collaborative researcher He is a member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society (EMS) and International Rough Set Society (IRSS). His other research areas include the Internet of Things (IoT), Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Alaaeddine Ramadan

(Ahlia University, Bahrain)

Dr. Alaaeddine Ramadan is an associate professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Ahlia University. He received his Ph.D. in computer and communication engineering in 2010 from the University of Limoges, France. In addition to his academic degrees, he is a Cisco CCNA certified trainer. He has published many research papers in well-recognized journals and conferences in the field of active device modeling and RF power amplifier design. He is an active member of IEEE and a reviewer for IEEE transactions. His research interests include various aspects of digital and analog integrated circuit design and design methodologies.

Dr. Seifedine Kadry

(Beirut Arab University & Faculty of Sciences, Lebanon)

Dr. Seifedine Kadry has a Bachelor degree in applied mathematics in 1999 from Lebanese University, MS degree in computation in 2002 from Reims University (France) and EPFL (Lausanne), PhD in 2007 from Blaise Pascal University (France), HDR degree in engineering science in 2017 from Rouen University. At present his research focuses on education using technology, smart cities, system prognostics, stochastic systems, and probability and reliability analysis. He is a Fellow of IET, Fellow of ACSIT and ABET program evaluator.

Dr. Hai V. Pham

I am an Associate Professor, Senior lecturer working at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as teaching and research in the fields of Intelligent systems and applications for teaching courses in the following: Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge-based Systems, Information Security, Infor. System Analysis Design and Decision Support Systems. My background is Msc. in computer science at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), research associate in Computational Methods and Machine learning at Lamar University (USA). Following the Masters Degree I have been awarded Doctor of Engineering degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Intelligence and Information Science by Ritsumeikan University (Japan). I am interested in how intelligent techniques and approaches can enable novel ways of interacting with intelligent computation, big data and in the new challenges that human awareness in dynamic system, intelligent hybrid systems, intelligent decision support systems, data mining, complex systems and context-aware system, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge-based Systems.

Dr. Khaled Abdalgader

Khaled Abdalgader received the B.Sc. degree in computer science from Sebha University, Libya, in 2001, the M.Sc. degree from University Utara Malaysia, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in natural language processing from La Trobe University, Australia, in 2012. He was a Lecturer with the Department of Computer Science, Sebha University, from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Mohammed Omari

American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), UAE

Professor Mohammed Omari joined the American University of Ras Al-Khaimah in January 2022 as a full professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. In 2005, he obtained his PhD in computer science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in the United States. He also obtained a master’s degree in computer science from the same university in 2002. In 1995, he obtained a bachelor of engineering degree in computer science from the University of Oran, Algeria, in 1995. He was directly hired as a programming engineer at the University of Adrar (Algeria) from 1995 to 2000. During his graduate studies at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (USA), he worked as a teaching and research assistant from 2000 to 2005. He developed many teaching skills in automata and in theory of calculation, compilers, design and analysis of algorithms, principles of programming, networks and network security.

Dr. Vikrant Bhateja

Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 20 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 39 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. Dr. Nourhan Zayed

Extensive work as researcher and lecturer, both in Canada, and Egypt. For the past 20 years, Research and teaching were one of my major working fields. I am qualified to do teaching and research in Computer, electrical and biomedical engineering topics. I have finished my PhD. (2010) In biomedical engineering specialization from the electrical and computer engineering department, University of Calgary. The research focused on the investigations of recovery following optic neuritis using functional and structural MRI imaging techniques, special interest was in brain connectivity and diffusion tensor imaging analysis using the fsl neuroimaging tool and writing my own C++, matlab and script analysis programs under mac OS environment. There is about 30 published papers and abstracts, in addition to two book chapters holding my name, supervised many M.Sc./ PhD. Thesis, and graduation projects.

Dr.M. Ramakrishna Murty

Dr.M.Ramakrishna Murty, currently working as Professor, CSE, Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology &Sciences, Visakhapatanam, AP, India. He has more than 20 years of teaching and reseach experience. His research interests are Data Mining, Soft computing, Bigdata analytics, Machine Learning. His research recognized with an google scholar H-index of 10 so far for his 30+ research publications, published in SCI, Scoupus, Web of Science and other referred indexed Journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. He authored a book entitled with “Introduction to Data Mining and Soft computing techniques”. Dr. Heba Kamal Aslan

Dr. Zaid Omar

Dr Zaid Bin Omar is associate professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He completed his PhD at Imperial College London in 2012, where he worked on fusion algorithms of digital images, and his Master’s degree from the University of Sheffield in 2008. Prior to that, Dr Zaid was an engineer with a security consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UTM in 2006. Dr Zaid’s primary research interests are in image and video processing, medical imaging and artificial intelligence. He holds several research grants and has close collaborations with Malaysia’s National Heart Institute (IJN). He has published numerous works in the field and is currently a supervisor to several postgraduate students. Outside of work, Dr Zaid maintains an active presence. He is the winner of FameLab Malaysia and the incorporated EURAXESS Prize 2017, and he has been a regular volunteer for FameLab activities since 2015. He is also the chair of IEEE Young Professionals Malaysia. Dr Zaid believes that engineers can, and should, play a larger part in communicating STEM topics to the wider public in an interesting and meaningful way.

Dr. Salah Khennouf

He is a member of IEEE, and a member of the Textual Data Exploration (TDE) research team affiliated with the LCPTS laboratory at USTHB University. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the HDSKD international journal since 2015. Dr Salah Khennouf published several scientific research papers in conferences proceeding or international journals. He is particularly interested in the following research fields:– Speech Processing and Speaker Recognition, – Natural Language Processing, – Text Data Mining, Stylometry and authorship attribution, – Transcribed Document Analysis, – Artificial Intelligence and Biometrics.

Prof. Siba Kumar Udgata

Prof. Siba Kumar Udgata is a Professor in Computer and Information Sciences at University of Hyderabad, India. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science in the area of mobile computing and wireless communications He worked as United Nations Fellow and worked at the UNU/IIST, Macau. He is a recipient of SUR (Shared University Research) Award grant from IBM Inc. He is leading the WiSeCom (Wireless Sensing and Communication) Lab at School of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad, India. His research focus is on wireless communication, Wi-Fi Sensing, mobile computing, intelligent sensors, sensor network algorithms, Internet of Things, and applications. He was volume editor for several Springer LNAI, AISC, LNNS International Conference proceedings and also associate editor and editorial board member of IOS Press KES Journal http://www.kesinternational.org/journal/ and Elsevier AKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics. Prof. Udgata has published more than 150 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. He has worked as principal investigator in many Government of India funded research projects mainly for the development of Wireless Sensor Network applications, Wi-Fi sensing for assistive healthcare and WiFi Sensing Enabled Smart-Home applications and Intelligent Algorithms.
